Returns

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel from the day your order arrives; our 30-day policy goes beyond that.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll replace it or refund it, including any delivery costs. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything on this page.

• Opened ink and toner cartridges, unless faulty.
• Items damaged through use or missing original packaging may receive a partial refund.

Contact us or email steadfastrockuk@gmail.comwith your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll confirm the return address and process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item back.
