The Stead-Fast Rock UK Ltd must receive payment of the total price of the goods you order before your order can be accepted. The only exception to this is when a business customer uses a credit account to purchase, in which case please refer to the conditions of your Business Account.
Once payment has been received, The Stead-Fast Rock UK Ltd will confirm your order. The shipment will be delivered to the address which you mentioned in email. We will send Invoice copy to your registered email address.
Stead-Fast Rock UK Ltd is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered regarding the advertised price of the goods that you’ve ordered before the payment is made, we’ll contact you as soon as possible by email.
The website is updated multiple times a day regarding stock availability. Whilst every effort is made to show the correct availability of stock; the stock availability shown on the website is an indication of the availability at the time of the last update. It doesn’t constitute confirmation of stock availability at the time of the order. The Stead-Fast Rock UK Ltd is entitled to withdraw from any contract that can’t be fulfilled due to lack of stock. If a stock availability issue is discovered with regard to the goods that you’ve ordered before the contract is made, we’ll contact you as soon as possible by email.
Stead-Fast Rock UK Ltd does not supply products to wholesalers or resellers and reserves the right to cancel orders it believes are placed with the intent to resell. This includes any individual or business who are print service providers and therefore do not qualify as an end user.
The order acknowledgment email sent once an order is placed and doesn’t constitute an acceptance of your order. This order acknowledgment email is only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. No order shall be deemed to be accepted until we issue a dispatch email.
Quality of Goods
We never compromise on the quality of our goods and understand quality and value for money are extremely important to our customers. All our products are manufactured to the highest standards and are sourced only from manufacturers with exacting standards, with many holding ISO 9000/9001/9002 quality and ISO 14001 environmental standards. We stock products made by your printer manufacturer and compatible products from alternative manufacturers. For Stead-Fast Rock UK Ltd ink and toner quality and lifespan are comparable to that of the branded manufacturers. Compatible remanufactured cartridges are all print tested prior to leaving our manufacturers. Contact our team for more details. All your printer consumable purchases are backed by our Satisfaction Guaranteed promise.
If your goods have been damaged in transit or you discover a fault, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us as soon as possible after receipt. Arrangements will be agreed for return and replacement items will be dispatched. Please contact us prior to returning any goods, this will allow us to quickly resolve any issues. Please do not send faulty products back to us without contacting us first. If you have a faulty item that you need to return, we’ll send a returns label so the items are sent back to us at no cost to you.
Please Note
*In the unlikely event your printer/copier purchased from us acquires a fault, you must first notify us directly. Contacting us first allows our team to give support. We often at this stage find a resolution to the problem being experienced, saving you time and unnecessary engineer costs. We also use an independent printer engineer for specific issues. If the printer fault occurs within one year of the purchase date and the printer is deemed unusable, then arrangements can be made to return the printer for either a replacement or a refund. The Stead-Fast Rock UK Ltd shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions or failure to follow the Supplier’s instruction. This warranty is not transferable and excludes routine maintenance, consumables and parts subject to normal wear and tear, service maintenance kits and damage caused by misuse or negligence. Any work arising from these instances will be chargeable.
Product Photography
Compatible/remanufactured products are manufactured in more than one factory, all of which have processes for continuous product testing to ensure we can provide customers with the best quality and value. Therefore, it should be noted that images of these types of products are for illustrative purposes only and the actual product supplied may differ slightly from the product image used.

You don’t need to be a printing expert; we work hard at our job so you can get on with yours. Our 1-year warranty covers all our products, except for printer hardware. Cancellation
Please note that under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you’re entitled to cancel your order for any reason within 30 days of receiving your goods. However, if you decide you no longer want the items you’ve purchased from us for any reason, we allow you to send them back for a credit/full refund within 12 months of purchase. The items need to be sent back in a reusable/resale condition, complete with all accessories and in the original packaging. Also, items need to be unopened and undamaged. Please do not return any items without contacting our team first. You will be responsible for the postage and packaging of the items being returned.

It’s worth noting that we find a high proportion of missing items are left at a neighbour or with colleague. In these scenarios, the carrier should leave a card indicating this, however there are times when these are misplaced or not left at all, so if possible, please check first. As is customary, compensation is limited to the value of goods lost. Please be aware that a claim must be made within 60 days of the purchase date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Obtaining a Refund
After you've placed an order with us, you can ask for your money back if you don’t receive the item:
• 30 days after your Order Confirmation We’ll attempt to fulfil your order by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation email. If no delivery date is specified, then you can expect to receive your order within 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. We’ll contact you if your order will not be fulfilled within this time. In the unlikely event we’re unable to supply the product ordered, we’ll advise you as soon as possible.
Ownership, Title and Risk
All ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage of the goods purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which the goods are dispatched and also paid for. If you purchase on credit, the goods remain the property of Stead-Fast Rock UK Ltd until full payment has been received.
VAT
The prices can be viewed on the website without VAT. Please note this site is not able to take orders for delivery to territories other than the UK.

These terms and conditions, together with the current Stead-Fast Rock UK Ltd website prices, delivery details and Stead-Fast Rock UK Ltd contact details, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by Stead-Fast Rock UK Ltd. These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by a Director of Stead-Fast Rock UK Ltd. Stead-Fast Rock UK Ltd shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

Liability
Force Majeure
Stead-Fast Rock UK Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered. Stead-Fast Rock UK Ltd shall also have no liability to you for any delay in delivering goods to you or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that’s caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Invalidity
If any part of these conditions is unenforceable, (including any provision in which Stead-Fast Rock UK Ltd excludes its liability to you), the enforceability of any other part of these conditions won’t be affected.
