Who can use this site
You must be 18 or over to place an order with us. By using this site you confirm that you meet that requirement. We do not knowingly collect information from or sell to anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has submitted an order, we will cancel it and arrange a full refund.
The purchase of goods
Payment must be received in full before we accept and process an order, except where a business credit account has been agreed in advance. We reserve the right to withdraw from a contract where a pricing error has occurred or where an item is no longer available; if this happens we will notify you promptly and refund anything you have paid.
We supply end-users only. We do not sell to wholesalers or resellers. Orders that appear to be placed for resale may be cancelled at our discretion.
Quality of goods
All products we sell meet our quality standards. Many of the manufacturers we stock hold ISO 9000, 9001, 9002 and ISO 14001 certifications.
If goods arrive damaged, contact us before returning them so we can arrange the best course of action. Faulty items are returned at no cost to you. Printer hardware carries a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects; it does not cover fair wear and tear, damage caused by negligence, or routine consumable replacement.
Satisfaction guaranteed
All products (except printer hardware, which is covered by the manufacturer warranty above) carry a one-year satisfaction guarantee. If something is not right, contact us and we will troubleshoot, replace, or refund — whichever resolves the issue best for you.
Cancellation and returns
You may cancel an order within 30 days of receipt under our returns policy — over and above the 14-day statutory cancellation right in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items may also be returned within 12 months of purchase provided they are unopened and in resaleable condition. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Delivery and claims
Orders are dispatched on working days from our UK warehouse. Goods should arrive within 30 days of your order being placed. If an item does not arrive, please contact us within 60 days of the order date so we can investigate and resolve the matter.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Any applicable shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Prices are verified server-side at the point of order; in the rare case of a discrepancy we will contact you before proceeding.
Business customers
Quotes, volume pricing and invoice terms agreed through our Corporate service are subject to the terms stated in the individual quote, which take precedence over this page where they differ.
Liability
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for business losses where goods are purchased for consumer use.
Governing law
English law applies to these terms and any dispute arising from them. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If we update these terms, the version in force at the time you placed your order applies to that order.
